About me

Hi! I am a qualified counsellor and music therapist from Estonia - a small Northern European country I'm proud to call home. I support neurodivergent individuals in-person in Mitte, Berlin and online internationally.

I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals since your voice and experiences matter. Throughout my many years of training, self-development and work experience in neuro-rehabilitation, forensic and other mental health settings, I have started to advocate for neurodiversity and embrace my own self-discovery journey.

In my role as a mental health professional, I've had the privilege of working closely with neurodivergent clients, learning about their diverse perspectives and the incredible strengths they bring. This experience has deeply shaped my understanding and appreciation for the neurodivergent community.

In our work together, I will support you in reconnecting with yourself and others, navigating change, creating a structure and routine that works for you, and improving your self-esteem and quality of life.

Your experiences are valid. Let's start to unpack these together.

My approach

My approach combines talking and creative expression to help access your thoughts and feelings that may otherwise remain hidden. I will support you in developing an understanding and compassion for yourself to overcome any difficulties you may be going through.

Throughout the process, you will begin to understand yourself and others better, experience improved relationships and raise your quality of life.

As a music therapist trained in psychodynamic therapy, I bring a unique set of skills and techniques to meet your needs in sessions. Music can be a powerful medium for self-expression and emotional exploration, and psychodynamic therapy can help uncover underlying patterns and dynamics that influence our thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.

I apply a neurodiversity-affirmative lens in my practice. I strongly believe that recognising and respecting the diverse needs and experiences of individuals, including those with neurodivergent traits or conditions, is crucial for providing effective and inclusive therapy.

I offer a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals. I conduct sessions in English or Estonian.
